Cleaning Specifications
Frequency of cleaning(5) days per week - Monday through Friday.
Area of Service: Entrance, Administration Office, Computer Room, Classrooms, Kitchen, and Restrooms.
SCOPE OF WORK
Collect all trash (client will replace soiled liners, as necessary). Please waste into dumpster.
Clean entryway glass doors and door frames.
Clean glass partitions as necessary.
Clean and disinfect water fountains.
Detail dusting will be as follows:
- (weekly) above eye level or below knee level: i.e. tops of partitions, window moldings, partition tracks,
picture frames, baseboards, return frames, baseboards, return vents, ceiling grids, and chair legs.

(per service) dusting and spot cleaning; below eye level and above knee level: i.e. desktops, phones, window ledges,
computers, doors, doorframes, switch plates, walls, painted woodwork. Interior glass will be kept free from
handprints and smudges.NOTE: Desk tops must be cleared of daily documents to be maintained. Mary's Building
Maintenance will not move documents that are left on work stations/desks.
Keep janitorial closet neat and orderly.
Ensure building in secure and no unnecessary lights are left on.
FLOOR CARE
Dry mop and or sweep/web mop all VCT floors using disinfectant
Mop using disinfectant on restrooms and kitchen.
Detail vacuum all carpeted floors (including under desk). All furniture and fixtures are to
be replaced to original position.
RESTROOM SERVICE
Dry mop and or sweep/web mop tile.
Restock restroom supplies with clients supplied items as required.
Clean all mirrors and chrome fixtures.
Empty all sanitary containers.
Clean and disinfect all sinks and fixtures.
Clean and disinfect all toilet seats and bowls. Toile bowl mop will be used on toilet
and residue will be remove daily.
Wet mop floor using disinfectant detergent.
